I sang barbershop in high school, and did not know there was a society to sing with. I found my way back to barbershop by chance (at a mens volleyball game) and have been hooked ever since (I really was always hooked).

Based on my 25 years of missing singing, I have been an evangelist on promoting the BHS, especially among the youth. Multi-year chairman of the Festival of Harmony, as well as being the YIH chair for my chapters.

I started with the Morris Music Men in Chatham NJ - served many functions within that chapter, VP of Marketing, VP of Membership, Webmaster, Grants chair, YIH, Director Search team. I was also a founding board member of Voices of Gotham - Hells Kitchen, NY. serving VoG in many roles, including VP Marketing, VP Membership, Grants, YIH, Convention Czar, Show Chairman, Webmaster and many many more. I am also past member of The Brothers in Harmony, and a current member of the Atlantic Harmony Brigade, where I have served as a board member, VP of Marketing and Webmaster, and the creator of the Tramp Badge used by several Brigades.

I teach at Marketing and Membership at the Districts Leadership Academy, at Harmony College East, at other Districts leadership schools, at Harmony University as well as the BHS Leadership Forum (where district leaders get trained). I am also author of the MAD Marketing Toolbox.

I am currently the District's Executive Vice President. I have served in the past as Northern Division Vice President, District Board Member at Large, District Asst VP and as DVP of Marketing and PR and Chapter Advocate for several chapters.

At the Society level, I served the Harmony Foundation as the 'Best Seat in the House' Chair, and am currently on the grants review team.

I will sing anywhere and with anyone, I LOVE to sing barbershop. As for quartetting - I am a Rahway Novice champ, singing bass with Manhattan Lights and currently sing bass in Bazinga, and Twisted Mustache. I am an Presidents Council Member, and a member of DELASUSQUEHUDMAC, the honor chapter of the Mid Atlantic District.
