Room Map and Stage Pattern
1) Quartet contest starts at 4:57PM on Friday, September 15. All hardships need to be communicated to Gary Plaag BEFORE the draw for singing order.
2) Chorus contest starts at 8:42AM on Saturday morning, September 16. All hardships need to be communicated to Gary Plaag BEFORE the draw for singing order.
3) Quartets and choruses desiring post-contest evaluations MUST SPECIFICALLY REQUEST THEM. If you don't tell Gary Plaag that you want to be included in the evaluations your group will NOT be included.
4) Evaluations for quartets not moving on to the finals (#11-25) will be held Friday night in the judges' hotel rooms at the Doubletree. Evaluations for finalist quartets will be held on Saturday night in the judge's hotel rooms at the Doubletree, after the Show of Champions.
5) Chorus evaluations will be held in the warm-up rooms at the Santander Performing Arts Center between 3 and 4:45PM on Saturday afternoon.
6) Chorus evaluation schedule will be communicated to all choruses desiring to participate in the evaluation process prior to the contest (so you can plan your post-eval/pre-show of champions activities...you're welcome)
7) Videos and CDs can be purchased via the MAD website. CDs can be picked up following your session at the sound booth; Videos will be posted on the MAD website.
