William (Bill) Cullen



Albert 'Bill' Cullen, 78, passed away on February 12, 2018. He was preceded by his parents Emma (Ziobro) and Aloysius Cullen, his brother Raymond and his nephews Raymond Jr. and John Grieb. He is survived by his wife Regina (Ginger) Cullen, his niece Patricia DeFeo, and nephews Michael Cullen, Steven Cullen and Thomas Anthony Grieb and grandnieces Brittany, Caitlyn and Alexa.

He served in the US Army in the early 60's and retired from New Jersey Bell Atlantic. After living in Livingston and Brick, NJ, Bill and his wife moved to The Villages, FL in 2007 where he continued to play golf, enjoy singing, and was a member of The Villages Railroad Club and The Jazz Lover's Club.

While in Brick he served as a trustee of the Lions Head Country Club and enjoyed traveling, golf and barbershop singing. During his life he was a member of the Livingston Dapper Dans Chapter, and the Big Apple Chorus (Manhattan Chapter) and after moving to the Villages he sang with the Heart of Florida and the One Voice Choruses. In addition to singing, Bill served as a Society Contest Administrator for 10 years. In 1998 he was elected to be a member of the DELASUSQUEHUDMAC Honor Chapter of the Mid-Atlantic Barbershop Harmony Society.

A memorial service was held in New Jersey and his remains will be laid to rest at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover, NJ.
