Robert (Rob) France, Jr.

Rob France has been involved with local chapter leadership duties as the President of the Bucks County, PA chapter for the past four years. During that time the chapter has re-established some forward momentum towards quality singing, growth, outreach, and partnership with local organizations such as the Central Bucks School District and the Kiwanis organization.

Prior to joining the Country Gentlemen, Rob has been involved in volunteer leadership in various capacities including serving as president and other roles in a prominent Amateur Radio club in Hunterdon County New Jersey.

Rob is also involved in leading a local Cub Scout den (yes, he is trying to form quartets AND teach the boys Morse code!). Rob has added singing Barbershop Harmony to his fledgling side business, soundkat production Ministries, where he partners with area churches and other clients to address Audio/Visual concerns. This involves analysis, design, acquisition, installation, and tuning sound system equipment. This also includes conducting training seminars to train technical team staff in the operation of their system.

In his spare time, Rob works for a consulting company, Solutions3 LLC, specializing in solutions which comprise People, Process, and Technology in order to adopt ITIL® Best Practices and ISO/20000 certified solutions for Information Technology departments in both commercial and federal accounts.

Rob and his wife, Lisa, are celebrated their silver anniversary May, 2013. They have two adorable children, Laura (11) and Ben (8). All of the Frances are inclined towards music and technology to some degree.
