What exactly is the definition of a Novice Quartet, this year?
Novice Quartet:
A Novice Quartet shall be one in which no more than one member has
previously competed in any District Preliminary (Division) Contest; or
District Quartet Contest (Fall); or in any but the most recent International
Preliminary Quartet Contest.
